Katherine Jean Bolduan, also called her professional name Kate Bolduan, is an American journalist from the United States. The most famously known is that she's the host of CNN's morning show At This Hour. Earlier she co-anchored the CNN weekday morning program New Day and The Situation Room. Bolduan was a part of CNN's coverage on both the presidential and 2012 elections. Bolduan has worked as a Washington DC-based congressional correspondent reporting on activities of Congress, the US House of Representatives and Senate. Bolduan is an integral part of the Capitol Hill Unit, reported on congressional cycles as well as congress activities, including talks to increase the federal loan limit and the Super Committee deliberations. In addition, Bolduan served as a general assignment reporter covering topics like that of the Christmas Day terrorist attack of 2009, the Supreme court's decision regarding Obamacare in addition to the implementation in 2009 of the stimulus plan.
